  I have used Step By Step Counselling over the last two months, and found the entire experience absolutely terrific.
  
  In advance of my first appointment with Jen, I was able to contact her in order to give an outline of the issues that I would want to raise. From that Jen clearly went through the process of how the session would work, and what she would expect from myself as a client.
  
  I have only required three sessions in total, but thanks to Jen's approach, understanding, and quality as a counsellor, I have been able to address my anxieties, to become much more confident & stable in my decisions, and to feel much more better within myself.
  This is all thanks to Jen allowing me to discuss such issues at length, with no pressure to stick within a rigid session plan, which has ultimately enabled me to present underlying issues, that may not necessarily have come to light with any constraints.
  
  Jen catered for the sessions that I needed, and was able to structure the ways in which she could provide the counselling I required around what I was able to discuss.
  
  The whole environment was incredibly relaxed, which helped me feel calm within the surroundings, releasing any pressures, so I could talk freely and openly.
  
  I have come away from the time I've needed with Jen at Step by Step Counselling much happier, with the precise outcome I was looking for. I would highly recommend anyone that should they need a counselling service, that they be sure to get in touch with Jen. I cannot thank Jen enough for her work with me.
